Can I change or cancel my order?Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us at contact@VGameExperts.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

Is shipping free?Yes — we offer free shipping on every order shipped within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does shipping take?Orders are handled within 1–2 business days and are typically in transit for 3–5 business days after that — most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Will this graphics card fit and work in my PC?Check the card\'s length, slot width, power connectors, and recommended power supply wattage on the product page, and compare them with your case and PSU. If you\'re unsure, email us your system specs and we\'ll help you check compatibility before you order.

Do your products come with a warranty?Most of our graphics cards and components include a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty details, where applicable, are listed on the individual product page.

Are your products new and genuine?Yes — every product we sell is brand new, in its original factory packaging, and sourced from authorized distribution channels.

What is your return policy?We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, and all return shipping is free. See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?Yes — exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label and ship your replacement once we receive the original item.
