Thank you for shopping with VGameExperts. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Cost & Method

Transit Time

Once your order ships, transit time is typically 3–5 business days. Combined with handling time, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of being placed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We're not yet able to ship internationally — if that changes, we'll update this page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Package Protection

Graphics cards and PC components are shipped in protective, anti-static packaging with padding to prevent damage in transit. Higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect your package when it arrives and keep all original packaging until you have confirmed the item works correctly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. VGameExperts is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only before the order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@VGameExperts.shop with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
